Order Processing

When We Ship

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and major holidays are not counted as business days.

Confirmation

The moment your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the journey to your doorstep.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery typically takes 6 to 12 business days after shipment, depending on your location and local carrier conditions. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Customs & Duties

We cover all customs duties and import taxes on qualifying orders. You will never be asked to pay extra upon delivery. The total at checkout is your final total.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, your tracking number lets you monitor every scan from our warehouse to your front door. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

P.O. Boxes & Forwarding

Some oversized items may require a physical street address. Where a P.O. box is the only option, we'll coordinate with you directly.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If It Arrives Damaged

Please photograph the packaging and item as soon as possible, then contact us through our Contact page. We'll arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
