Warranty Period
Fire Pits & Pizza Ovens
Covered against manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of delivery.
Camp Stoves & Accessories
Covered against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of delivery.
Proof of Purchase
Your order confirmation or receipt establishes the warranty start date. Keep it handy.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty applies to defects in:
- Materials, including stainless steel integrity under normal use
- Workmanship, such as joints, welds, and assembly points
- Functionality of components as originally designed
If a covered defect appears, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and patching from regular outdoor use
- Surface discoloration or heat tint from heat exposure
- Damage from accidents, drops, or impacts
- Misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper storage
- Exposure to products not designed for the item
- Commercial or rental use beyond intended household use
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Step One — Clean the Item
Before any claim, please clean the product according to our care instructions. Claims on excessively soiled items may be delayed.
Step Two — Contact Us
Reach our team through our Contact page with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description.
Step Three — Assessment
We'll review the evidence and, if covered, arrange a repair, replacement, or remedy — often at no cost to you.
Paid Repair for Accidental Damage
Even when damage isn't covered, we may offer paid repair service for accidental breaks. Ask through our Contact page for a quote; we'll be straight with you about cost and timing.
Limitations
This warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy for defects and is offered in lieu of all other warranties, except those required by law.
